Ctenanthe 'Setosa' is native to Brazil and is considered a part of the "prayer plant" family. Like other plants in the Marantaceae family, this beauty also has active leaves that move throughout the day.

Water: allow the top inch or two of the soil to dry out between watering. Take care not to oversaturate the soil with water as it can cause root rot.

Light: prefers medium light but can adapt to bright indirect light.

Humidity: prefers high humidity. Crispy tips and edges are indicative of a lack of humidity.

Temperature: thrives in 65 - 75 F. Avoid drafts and sudden temperature changes.
